House rules for your and our safety

In the following regulations you will find the most important house rules that apply within Hotel Sneek.
We ask you to respect and accept these rules.

General rules:
1. All instructions from Hotel Sneek employees, which are related to house rules, must be followed.
2. Stay calm in the event of a fire. Report fire at the reception and / or store the nearest fire alarm.
3. In the event of a general fire alarm, leave the building directly.
4. Never use the lifts in case of fire.
5. A valid proof of identity must be shown at check-in. Check-in is possible from the age of 18.
6. In various places inside and outside the building, cameras are hanging. Everyone who is in our hotel agrees to make recordings. In case of calamities and / or incidents, these recordings can be shown as supporting material to third parties.
7. You must hand in lost items at the reception.
8. Hotel Sneek is not responsible or liable for loss or theft of your belongings.
9. The Management, the owner of this location and / or persons who work for the hotel, can not be held liable for any injuries and / or material or immaterial damage that visitors of the site might experience.
10. The room must be cleaned every day in connection with hygiene regulations.

It is forbidden to:
11. Use emergency exits as normal entrances and exits.
12. Take property of the hotel outside the building. In the willful damage of property of Hotel Sneek, one can be held liable for the repair and / or renewal costs.
13. To consume, use, trade or to carry narcotic drugs.
14. Use of laughing gas balloons and whipped cream cartridges in the room is not permitted.
15. To cause nuisance for another person, for example, through loud music, inappropriate behavior or noise of any kind.
16. To smoke in the entire building. If we find that there is still smoked, there is a fine of € 175.00.
17. Several persons in the room than the permitted number.

In all cases not provided for in these regulations, the Management Board of Hotel Van der Valk Sneek decides.
